Got the same standard guest room booked online with a full size comfortable fold away bed for teenager, part of the port, air conditioning. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, they showed us what very good service is supposed to be like.

The breakfast was OK apart from the scrambled eggs which were really dried up .. and at 8.30 in the morning on a Sunday - that's not OK. They could also be a little more imaginative on the bread .. very standard.

The location is excellent, very close to as much shopping and dining you can handle. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

fantastic spot near vibrant markets and beautiful parks
the helpful staff made my stay special, and being just a few steps from amazing spots like the Budolfi Cathedral and the vibrant local markets made city exploring so easy and enjoyable.

It was a fair experience,nothing particularly special,also no negative things.Cosidering the alternatives in Aalborg, I would say it is a fairly good hotel.

Business room very large, essentially a suite. Perfectly sound-proof and clean. Excellent complimentary drinks and bath apparel.
Standard room facing street is instead not sound-proof enough even though on the 4th floor. You cannot set an exact room temperature, heating and A/C controls are not digital.

Extremely pleasant staff. Got upgraded to a business room on arrival. They have their own parking lot connected to the hotel for a reasonable price.
The floorboards were so creaky throughout the room. Incredibly noisy just walking around.
